| Verification | Step 1
Require a Rating pack on 0861 947 826 or on info@beematrix.co.za. Indicate whether entity qualifies for Generic or QSE pack. A 50% deposit is payable before the rating pack is forwarded.
Step 2
The rated entity must complete and return the Rating pack, together with all relevant supporting documentation as well the signed Terms and Conditions document.
Step 3
BEE~Matrix will visit the entity to validate documents, interview company staff and owners/directors/partners.
Step 4
On completion of the analysis, BEE~Matrix will forward a draft rating report, giving the rated entity 5 working days to lodge an appeal if necessary. BEE~Matrix will review the appeal and, if necessary, explain the rating awarded or change the draft report where information was mis-interpreted.
After the appeal period has lapsed, a final report will be issued, accompanied with a rating certificate.
Step 5
On receipt of the balance of the fee, the information will be forwarded to the rated entity.
