Process and Pricing

Step 1

Request and complete an Entity Information Sheet for quoting purposes on 0861 947 826, or on info@beematrix.co.za or download from EME Requirements. Once the quote has been accepted and a 50% deposit has been paid, a Rating Pack will be forwarded.

Step 2

The rated entity must complete and return the Rating pack, together with all relevant supporting documentation as well the signed Terms and Conditions document.

Step 3

BEE~Matrix will visit the entity to validate documents, interview company staff and owners/directors/partners.

Step 4

On completion of the analysis, BEE~Matrix will forward a draft rating report, giving the rated entity 5 working days to lodge an appeal if necessary. BEE~Matrix will review the appeal and, if necessary, explain the rating awarded or change the draft report where information was misinterpreted.

After the appeal period has lapsed, a final report will be issued, accompanied with a rating certificate.

Step 5

On receipt of the balance of the fee, the information will be forwarded to the rated entity.

Cost Structure

The cost of the rating will be based on the complexity of the entity's structure. The fees below serve as a guide and are subject to change. All amounts are exclusive of VAT excluding travelling outside of Gauteng.
